Videos I’ve found online that I often send on to my patients include:
Dr Jo’s neck strengthening exercises (which can be very easily adapted into an MET stretch)
Anything from Yoga with Adriene‘s youtube page. She has hundreds of videos and specific routines for different areas of pain.
